Stadium Access Difficult
We were within sight of the stadium for 1 and 1/2 hours before we were inside, passing locked gates an hour before game time. The parking behind those gates, especially the handicap parking, was NOT full, with many open parking spots and handicap spots remaining unused. The signs and attendants were not truthful as we parked off-site and trekked a long way back to the stadium, passing through the area we could not enter due to the locked gates.
The handicap seats, offering great site lines and easy access, were a positive aspect of the experience, with video screens as a nice feature. Despite the overall friendliness of fans and employees towards handicapped individuals, the bosses making decisions about locking gates and setting up services are spoiling the experience.
A vendor came by our seats offering refreshments at the beginning of the 3rd Quarter, but our order (one beer and one coffee) had not arrived by the beginning of the 4th Quarter, and no refund was available.
